1. Who we are
Veltrex Labs sells automated trading software (“bots”), currently the VTX Sniper Bot and VTX-01. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. We are not financial advisers
Our bots are software tools. We are not a broker, financial adviser or fund manager, and we never hold or manage your money. You stay in full control of your own trading account and every decision you make with it.
3. Risk and results
Trading forex, gold and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and you can lose more than your initial deposit. Win rates, risk-to-reward ratios and similar figures on this site are targets, not guarantees. Past performance does not predict future results. Trade only with money you can afford to lose, and test on a demo account first.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally allowed to buy this software and trade in the place where you live.
5. Price and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are a one-time payment for each bot. There is no subscription. You can pay in USDT on the BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) network to the address shown at checkout, or by another method we agree with you on WhatsApp.
Crypto payments cannot be reversed. You are responsible for using the correct network and address and for paying the network fee, so that the full amount arrives. We cannot recover funds sent to the wrong network or address. An order is confirmed only after we verify your payment on the blockchain.
6. Delivery
After we confirm your payment, we send you the bot file and setup instructions through WhatsApp or the email you gave us.
7. Licence
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the bot on your own trading accounts. You must not copy, resell, share, publish or reverse-engineer the bot. We may end your licence if you break these terms.
8. Support and updates
We offer help with setup through WhatsApp. We may update the bots from time to time. How a bot performs depends on your platform, broker, internet connection and VPS, which we do not control.
9. Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for trading losses, lost profits, or problems caused by your broker, trading platform, internet or VPS, or for indirect losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that bot. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force on the date of your order applies to that order.

2. What we collect
At checkout you may give us your name, email, WhatsApp number, country, trading platform, broker name, account size, order reference and payment transaction hash. We also keep the messages you send us.
3. How checkout works
This website does not store your checkout details or send them to a server. They are only used to prepare a WhatsApp message that you choose to send. Once you send it, we receive it through WhatsApp.
4. Why we use it
We use your information to confirm your payment, deliver your bot, give support, keep order records, prevent fraud and meet legal duties.
5. Who else sees it
- WhatsApp, which carries your messages under its own privacy policy.
- The blockchain, where payment transactions are public by nature.
- The service that hosts this website, which may log technical details such as your IP address.
We do not sell your information. We may share it if the law requires.
6. Cookies
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
7. How long we keep it
We keep order and support records for as long as we need them for support, accounting and legal reasons, then delete them.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct or delete your information, to object to how we use it, and to complain to your data protection authority. Message us on WhatsApp to make a request.

Refund Policy

1. Digital product
Our bots are digital software that we deliver after payment. Once a bot has been delivered, the sale is generally final.
2. When we will refund you
- You paid and we did not deliver the bot.
- The bot cannot be made to work on your supported platform after we have made reasonable efforts to help, and you ask within 7 days of delivery.
3. When we will not refund you
- Trading losses, or results that differ from the targets shown on this site.
- Change of mind after delivery.
- Problems caused by your broker, platform, internet or VPS.
- Payments sent to the wrong network or address.
- Using the bot with less than the minimum capital shown for it.
4. How to ask
Message us on WhatsApp at +44 7473 962550 with your order reference and what went wrong. If we approve a refund, we pay it promptly in USDT on the BEP20 network to an address you give us. Network fees are deducted.
5. Underpayments
If you pay less than the price, we will ask you to send the difference or return your payment, less network fees.
6. Your legal rights
This policy does not affect any legal rights you have as a consumer. Where the law allows, by asking us to deliver the software right away, you agree that you may lose any right to cancel once delivery begins.
